This week we look back on an interview we did last Friday with Mark and Jonas from Intrinsiq, during which we had the possibility to touch base on the latest developments at Intrinsiq and give a bit of a summary of the past weeks.

Meetings in Europe

At the start of the interview we spoke of the fact that the last time we were face to face was in Ireland where we were all invited to participate in a seminar organised by MEI. Jonas spoke of Intrinsiq’s experience post-seminar and especially about the challenges that schools are currently facing, especially the ones in Ireland. Post-Ireland, Mark remained in Europe, before flying back home to Australia and there he had the opportunity to meet clients in the UK, Germany and Malta in order to discuss the latest developments at their schools.

Training needs have been identified during these face-to-face  meetings with clients

One of the things that came up during Friday’s interview was the fact that these face-to-face meetings highlighted a number of training needs that Intrinsiq will be working on over the coming weeks and months. As a result of the global pandemic that hit the world over the past two years, there has been a huge turnover of staff in a lot of schools. In many cases, this resulted in new staff members not being fully aware of how to use the Intrinsiq software.

Different content on How to use Intrinsiq

As a result of these meetings that the Intrinsiq team has been having, it has been decided that different content will be shared on the Intrinsiq and Schools & Agents websites, as well as on the Intrinsiq social media channels. This content covers 4 different topics, namely:

• The Intrinsiq Process - which focuses on how Intrinsiq works with clients and the strategies applied
• Intrinsiq Support - which focuses on different areas in which clients might be struggling
• How Intrinsiq Works - which focuses on different aspects of the Intrinsiq software
• The Intrinsiq Interview - which is a combination of client testimonials and updates from the Intrinsiq team

Mark and Jonas met face-to-face for the first time

An interesting fact which came out during Friday’s interview and which not everyone knew, was the fact that during this European trip Mark and Jonas met face-to-face for the very first time, after having been working together for 2 years. 

And we are sure it won’t be the last time either :) We’ll keep you posted on where Intrinsiq will be next as the weeks roll on!
